Choose your desired monthly hours which will cover all website or system upgrades, bug fixing, new features and other system requests. Minimum 3 months sign up required.

SLA - Web Updates

For website core and component updates only to keep your site up to date and secure. Does not include website changes.

SLA - 1 Hour

1 Hour consisting of core website updates and requested website content changes.

SLA - 2 Hours

2 Hours consisting of core website updates and requested website content changes.

SLA - 3 Hours

3 Hours consisting of core website updates and requested website content changes.

SLA - 5 Hours

5 Hours consisting of core website updates and requested website content changes.

SLA - 8 Hours

8 Hours consisting of core website updates and requested website content changes.

SLA - 10 Hours

10 Hours consisting of core website updates and requested website content changes.

SLA - 20 Hours

20 Hours consisting of core website updates and requested website content changes.

SLA Extra Hour

Extra SLA hour over an above current SLA. Existing SLA must be in place.
